Privacy Policy
YourDutchJob is a small site that helps expats find work in the Netherlands. We collect only what we need to do that, and this page explains what, where it goes, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- Email signup (Dutch CV template): your email address.
- Recruiter match form: name, email, optional LinkedIn URL, the job field you work in, your years of experience, your current location (in the Netherlands / EU / outside EU), whether you need a visa, and your salary expectation.
- Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated stats via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data.
Where it goes
- Email addresses for the CV template are stored in Mailchimp (we use them to send you the template and occasional follow-ups; you can unsubscribe with one click in any email).
- Recruiter match submissions are stored in Netlify Forms and emailed to yourdutchjob@gmail.com.
- Sharing with recruiters: the whole point of the recruiter match form is to introduce you to Dutch recruitment agencies that hire internationals. If we think a partner agency is a good fit, we will share the details you submitted with them so they can reach out. We will not share your details with anyone other than recruitment partners working on roles relevant to you.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what data we hold on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data entirely
- Withdraw consent for anything you previously agreed to

Cookies
This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Plausible doesn't use cookies. If you submit the email form, Mailchimp's hosted page may set its own cookie — that's outside our control and covered by their policy.
Data retention
Email subscribers stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Recruiter match leads are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on placements; after that we delete them unless you've asked us to keep going. You can shorten that window any time by emailing us.
Who runs this site
YourDutchJob is operated by an individual based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question, the fastest route is yourdutchjob@gmail.com.
Changes
If anything material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for substantial changes, email subscribers a heads-up.
